Founding Council Members will help establish a lasting legacy that extends beyond the retreat and develops young women into thriving leaders across Louisiana communities.
YIWA identifies, equips, and empowers young women who aspire to become tomorrow's entrepreneurs, executives, public servants, healthcare leaders, educators, innovators, and community changemakers.
Participants build leadership skills through executive mentoring, shadowing, roundtables, community impact projects, pitch opportunities, wellness workshops, career coaching, capstone presentations, and scholarships.
